呢本書我係晌csf到借既,呀arisle話本書好正‧我現家睇完喇,都覺得幾好‧
本書講既野同customer evangelist講既都差唔多,都係話如果個顧客好滿意我地既服務,咁by what the author said, referrals或by word of mouth,都可以幫我地正面宣傳‧
本書除左講referrals既理論之外,都會講下佢既實踐方法,個個都好practical,好似書裏面有d script,模擬一個sale既情形,本書就會講話晌乜時間要求referrals會最好,要點講會好d,如果個客唔想比,咁可點做等‧
本書最尾講左個都幾得意既做法,作者每做成一單生意,就會要求個客寫張testimonial letter比佢,講下佢有d乜做得好,有乜做得唔好,如果個客應成左寫但又忙到寫唔到,咁作者就會寫個電郵比個客,寫d提示或方向比個客,個客可以自己改或照抄然後send比佢‧咁一來佢就可以完左生意之後又有機會聯絡個客,個客又可以晌寫letter之際回想一下作者比既service,咁reherse左一次,佢再同人講作者幾好幾好都易講d,三來,作者又可以show d letter比人睇,show下自己有幾勁,佢寫既呢本書,每個chapter既第一頁,都有d客既testimonial letter,連搵名人雋語做開頭既力都可以慳返‧
