An idea a day:
35. For mini vans in HK, in stead of putting the speed panel within, put it outside.
In order to prevent speeding and avoid accendent, gov require nearly every mini van to acquire proper speed panel for travellers to watchout and a disturbing beep sound would be made when speeding.
This is surely not an effective way, why not make the panel outside, every drivers in the road would know their speed, of course the cops also know.
