Special:
tubetorial - Step by step veido tutorial for computer application teaching

An idea a day:
37. Making a site similiar to youtube/ tubetorial, for people to upload public exam material
In many famous tutorial school, they make use of recorded teaching video to maximize their profit. It is no point for students to go to the teaching centre to watch the video, just like no point in watching sitcom DVD outside your home.
People can record and upload tutorial from famous tutorial school (one season of teaching is enough, as those teachers keep repeating all those stuff),or produce their own teaching material by themselves. This site can provide a mean for student to study comfortably at home.
The site earn by ad fee, and uploader can earn by commission, based on click rate, view rate or ranking of importance.
The same idea can also apply to lectures from university, as almost every lecturer use the same pile of notes and teaching method, dated more than 20 years.

Comments:

You said revenue of the website is from Ads, then who will pay the fee?

You surely have a v. concentrate target group, but who will actually pay for you?

You allow users to upload private version of video from famous tutor schools/ university lectures, will it be a proper business?

If someone have the TIME to produce their own material, will there be any gauge for releveness? Will there any team to check if the material have no mistake? As your targets are students, who dont have v. professional knowledge of judgement, wrong material will develop the first wrong impression and have strong but negative impact to them!

A classroom should be registered if it excess 15 students, this website is exposed to millions, will it need any lience or something? Is there any regulations from HKG?

Finally, you have many spelling mistakes!
For this website, teen-related companies, like Nike, Reebok may be interested to sponsor.

For the censor part, I understand what is bad teacher teach bad, but think of part-time tutoring by senior students/ your classmate, most of them are not up to standard, they are not one of those 10A, even dont have 1A, they go to teach others, but no one censor, the website is just a online version of that kind of business.

The website will give out commision in many different ways, eg, rating by others(like ebay powerseller), ranking of click rate, etc...

For other questions, I dont know the answer.
