An idea a day:
52. Setup a dummy website, pretending to be a company recuiting freshgrad, for the purpose of collecting CVs.
Freshgrad may not know how to make a compelling CV, but if you have a dozen excellent examples to follow/copy, it could instantly make you a CV expert.
The dummy website can be tailor-made for you, if you would like to go into advertising world, find the firm that you would like to go into, then setup the website/company, post similar recuitment requirements/ credentials, the most important is offering a premium benefit to attract freshgrad to come, circulate and publicize the website, setting a deadline for applications, just before the deadline, you will be able get a few hundreds CVs.
Take a look at 求職者資料被用作騙財, you will be accused only if you are using the CVs for $$-related fraud, as you can argue that you are really recuiting, but none of the applicants is above the par.

Of course, I am not persuading anyone to try, but for freshgrads, please pay special attentions to companies that are suspicious, in order to avoid fraud.

Comments:

Haha, have you ever try this before??
The only thing I can say is that, I have an excellent and presentable CV.
