An idea a day:
53. Develop a website to store all the voice mail in cell phone.
All users should tried and feel sick about the traditional voice mail natvigation method in cell phone, especially when your voice mail is jammed after a business trip for a few days, you need to spend time and brain power to figure out how to listen and distinguish which is rubbish and important message.
If there is a website, for which you can login into a page, review and listen all the message, selectively listen to some messages sent by some important person first, instead of listening according to the time frame, permit you to download and save some important message for later reference, I think the voice mail thing should be more user-friendly and popular.
If you are in a trip, you could access to the internet and check the voice mail, and follow up immediately if important.
RSS or email service could be added to help customers, as this can be v. easily accomplished.
Voice mail is different from SMS, as SMS directly send a message from one phone to other, there may be no middle-man handling and store the message, but for voice mail, you have to phone a number to your service provider, and listen to the pre-stored message. The only thing added is the load the message onto a webpage.

Comments:

I saw your disclaimer, and now I am know more about Orangedays!
In US, actually there are similar service, like eVoice.com, after registered, it will give you a eVoice number, and all voice mail using that number will go into your email.

But if you are talking about cellphone telecom companies with this service, I can say none, and I am sure there is no such company in HK doing such thing.
Hey Carr, thx for your information.

I will check and do research first, before I publish any idea later.

You know, in HK, there are v. good infrastructure, but none will go and provide funny applications. Unlike US, if someone think of something funny, they will go straight and full stream ahead!
Yes, in US, there is a great sense of entrepeneurship, but the most important reason why US has so many "funny-business" is that, US is flooded with $$$$.

There is hundred of VCs, angel funds, seeding funds.
