An idea a day:
60. Renovate the design of all public washrooms.
Develop a 2 ways door which can be pushed open in either way, and without any locks attached in all public washrooms.
The door design could be something like glass doors in any shopping malls, you can push it open without using your hands and unlock any handles.
Or do not install any door at all in washroom, just like the setting in HK airport.
This is especially convenience to people dining in restaurants, and need to go to washroom in the course of dining, as the washed hands will not be contaminated by dirts and bacteria in using those design.
